Refund Policy

At VaelixAi, operated by VaelixAi Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a simple, no-questions-asked refund policy.

3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with VaelixAi for any reason, you can request a full refund within 3 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your account email address
  • Your order or subscription ID
  • The reason for your refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

What Happens After a Refund

  • Your subscription will be canceled and you will not be charged for future billing cycles
  • Any remaining unused credits associated with the refunded purchase will be revoked
  • Previously generated songs remain accessible for their normal retention period (approximately 14 days from generation)
  • Refunds are processed manually by our team after reviewing your request

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • Your remaining credits stay active until the end of the current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, unused credits expire and the Service access is limited

Credits and Usage

  • Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over
  • If a song generation fails due to a system error, the credit is automatically refunded to your account
  • Refunds are based on the subscription fee, not individual credit usage

Refund Exceptions

Refund requests made after the 3-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
